Blueberry Puff 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 package Puff Pastry 3 TBSP sugar 1 lemon 1 TBSP blueberry jam 1 egg Cut puff pastry into four squares. Place blueberries over puff pastry. Roll edges of pastry up on sides. Put 2 TBSP of sugar over blueberries. Beat egg with 3 TBSP of water. Brush egg on edges of pastry. Bake at 450 for 15-18 min. Remove, drizzle jam on top and 1 TBSP of sugar. Cut lemon in a swirl, place on top! :) yummmm You can use any fruit for the filling!
