Leek Potato Soup from Alton Brown - good recipe. We deviated from the recipe a bit. Used 4 med/large leeks, 32 oz (4 c.) of cut up potatoes, 1 qt. veggie broth (also 4 c.), 1 c. Buttermilk and 1 c. Heavy cream. Can add extra cream or milk to thin out even further, ours was very thick because we like it that way. Ate with crusty bread and probably will be good with bacon!
