An imperfect workout done today is better than a perfect workout delayed indefinitely

Tomorrow will be 21 consecutive runs Shin splints are killing me (ice bath) IT bands sore (leg raises) Ankles and feet sore (swap up shoes) can't waite to run in the snow storm tomorrow! Life is great!

Half of me still doesn't believe it. But the other half of me runs four miles and loves it and tells the first half of me to shut up.

I used to think I could never run! I am over 40, have had 2 kids, have a really bad back, and horrible joints. My sister inspired me because she started running 5 years ago and looks amazing. I ran through the pain and started at my own pace. I am up to 12 miles a week and climbing. ANYONE can do it!! Just take your time an believe in yourself!

I always feel like such a dork around people I assume are more "serious" runners than I am. You are what you are, though.

Good form is important, and I promise you can feel the difference when you run right.
