Porc croustillant-500g poitrine porc,½cs sel, 2cc vin,huile,1cc sce soja,1échalote dés, 3tr gingembre.Mélanger :1cc sel,1cc sucre,1cc 5 épices chinois.Lavez porc, mettre ds casserole avec eau,gingembre,échalote+vin. Porter ébullition,cuire 15'. Rincez à l'eau froide, essuyer. Avec cure-dents faire des trous.Saler uniformément. Retourner,verser sce soja, saupoudrer avec mél épices. Mettre frigo 2h.Mettre ds alu.
