FRENCH ONION PORK CHOPS. 4 boneless chops, 2 pkts FrenchOnion Soup mix, 1/2 C breadcrumbs & 2 eggs. Heat oven to 400. In one dish beat egg. In another dish mix crumbs & soup mix. Coat both sides of chops with egg then crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20 min. Flip & bake another 10 min. So good and so easy - would not change ANYTHING!!
BEST PORK CHOPS EVER! In crockpot layer pork chops, add cream of chicken soup, then sprinkle dry Ranch dressing all over. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Peking pork chops My friend Jo says: I'd suggest doubling the cornstarch for extra crispiness, and using more sugar (my first batch was a bit more sour than sweet). Also, be conservative with the chili sauce, unless you want extra kick.
