Vietnamese Summer Prawn Rolls _ Ever since I learnt how to make my own Vietnamese fresh summer rolls, I have been making them endlessly. They are easy to prepare, healthy and makes a great low-fat/carb dish. While summer rolls are usually made with fresh prawns (shrimps), I love to use all sorts of fillings for them.
Crescent Pizza: Place prepared rolls, point side down, on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm crescents with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
