Cute Egg Chicks: 12 hard-cooked eggs 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/8 teaspoon pepper 3 pimiento-stuffed olives 1 small sweet red pepper
So yummy! Just peel the eggs and cut them near the egg yolk. Place all of the egg yolks in a food processor and add anything you want (mayo, dijon mustard, even a small bit of sugar). Fill each boiled egg and use olives or peppercorns for eyes and carrot triangles for the beak!! Do not over boil so that the egg yolk stays that pretty yellow!!
