I followed this receipe but I used two cans of black beans and kidney beans! Instead cooking in the crockpot I cooked on the stovetop. My husband enjoyed! We ate off this soup for a week! Crockpot Tortilla Soup - Made it Jan '12. Good! Next time I will omit or put less water in it. I used 2 large chick breasts and it was more than enough chick. Used 1 lime and 1 original Ro-tel. Used taco seasoning instead of all the other seasonings.
