Soak Strawberries in Chocolate Flavored Vodka( or whipcream vodka) for 24 hours, then dip in melted chocolate. Let cool and serve. Chocolate covered strawberries just got taken to a whole new level

Spinach. Made a version of this, which will be a new staple for us. Blanch 1/2 large bag of spinach (5 seconds in boiling water), transfer to iced water, drain, add 1 tb sesame oil, 1.5 tb soy sauce, 1/2 tb sesame seeds. Simple, healthy, yummy. I use a strainer pot, which makes it a lot easier to get the spinach out of the boiling water quickly. I will try with shrimp flakes, but tastes good even without them.

Roasted Garlic. Here's how: cut tops off of cloves (as in picture), place each head in one compartment on a muffin tin, pour 2 tbsp olive oil on top of each head, add fresh cracked pepper and maldon sea salt, cover lightly with aluminum foil, bake for 1 hour at 400°F. Spread on french bread or eat plain. So good.

Can't tell you how many bananas I've thrown away because I was too lazy to make "real" banana bread. Now I can just throw these 3 ingredients together! Yellow cake mix, 2 eggs, 3-4 bananas, 1/2 - 1 c chocolate chips I love banana bread!!

Fruit Salsa with Baked Cinnamon Chips | for the fruit salsa: 2 kiwis, peeled and diced 2 Golden Delicious apples – peeled, cored and diced 8 oz raspberries 1 (16 oz) carton of strawberries, diced 2 tbsp white sugar 1 tbsp brown sugar 3 tbsp fruit preserves, any flavor (I used strawberry; would only use 2 tbsp next time)

Ranblow Spatter Cupcakes. I've made these so many times, I've lost count. Using white cake mix, make batter as directed. Use several plastic (or glass) cups, pouring white batter in them, divide between all cups. Add food coloring to each cup for the colors desired. Mix each cup and then put a little of each color in each muffin cup in small blobs. Then drizzle other colors over the blobs. Bake as directed. My kids always wanted these for every birthday and special occasion.

Put cupcake liners over your drinks to keep insects out!

Everyone loves them!!! A box of saltines, 1 1/2 C. of oil, ranch dressing packet, 2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tsp. crushed red pepper. Mix, pour over saltines in container, Serve after 48 hours of coating, wonderful!
