Juicing chart. I've been drinking a smoothie made of raw egg, nonfat Greek yogurt, spinach, frozen berries, 1/2 frozen banana, honey, flax and water for breakfast every morning. Gives me tons of energy and keeps me full for hrs, which is good for me, I'm always hungry!
