    Oh my gosh i was happy to find this recipe because it made me aware they make QUINOA MILK! How could i not have known that! I'm at mothers market and health stores all the time and haven't seen it when I'm getting my almond and rice milks. Now i will seek it out. I found that Quinoa agrees with me and use it a lot now. I love it in my sweet potato soup. Thank you for your post. Happy i looked at this one. Can't wait to try it. What is your favorite brand? Can you find in most health food stores? Thanks so much!

    Thank you so so so much for this book!! I'm 16 and was diagnosed with gastroparesis in January of this year and it's been a real struggle to find information, safe recipes, and just general assurance that it's not all in my head, like my doc was so fond of telling me. My dad actually found this on Amazon and ordered it right away, and as soon as it got here I read the entire thing. I still have a lot to learn, but I just wanted to say thank you for the time and effort you put into this. You've made this whole experience a lot less scary. I've learned a lot and it's so much less stressful knowing that I have a bunch of recipes (which are all delicious, might I add) that I can go to anytime and not have to worry about getting sick.
