Here it is ! First challenge completed ! 30 Days Squat Challenge : 2 girls, 2 bodies … results ? fitscientist : Results for the30 Day Squat Challenge(plus healthy-ish eating and my regular exercise)… Before - 158.5 lbs. Taken on 8/26/13 After (More like “in progress” but anyway)- 159 lbs. Taken on 10/1/13 SO?! Does the challenge work?YES. It doesn’t really show it in the pictures but I can definitely feel my legs (especially my thighs ohmygosh) getting stronger. So… I’d say this challenge is proved! :D —> To see my picture with a better view, click here :) Be-healfit : So, full result of this challenge ! :) I had to stop at Day 21 (little problem not related to this) but … for only 21 days, i say : THIS CHALLENGE WORKS !!! I gained more defined quads, a rounder butt (in real life, the result is better than on the pic :p) and stronger thigh … i mean, really really stronger ! Seriously, if you want to try, do it ! If you stop drinking alcohol for one month, then just start drinking again and cut out fast food, etc, how would that get you bikini ready by June? You're only cutting out each thing for one month.. Or...do you cut that thing out and continue to leave it out until June? THAT might work. Idk. Whatever.
