5-4-3-2-1 workout for those days that it's impossible to put in a regular work out due to the kiddos

Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

I don't want to die in the Hunger Games, so I shall start this exercise routine after Easter...

Good at home workout For days when I can't go to: Spin, Cardio Kickboxing, Kickboxing, Pilates, or Barre....+ treadmill or elliptical...or just when I need a little extra lift.

I pin them all...Now to actually do them but I think u should go on a walk or jog or run (which ever u feel like) with ur friends and then pick a few of theses to do and eat a little more healthy drink more water have some smoothies and fruit and stuff like that

just did this workout! Awesome fast workout! Do once then take a short water break then do it one more time! Great calorie burner!

Anyone's resolution have them moving more? Try this, no gym required.

Sounds like a great cardio workout. Only one I'm not sure of is Mountain Climber, but I will figure it out.

I just did this :) and can say that if you push through at a good pace it pumps your heart good. I like it for days you can't GO to the gym or need a quick workout (less than 30 min easily)
