Homemade Gummy Fruit Snacks (No sugar added) 1 1/2 cup mixed berries 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup fruit juice 2 tsp Pomona calcium water 3 tsp Pomona pectin powder ** If you DON'T HAVE Pomona Calcium Water & Pectin - you can substitute them with 2 envelopes of regular pectin like Sure-Jell (1 envelope = 2 &1/2 tsp)
