I made this tonight and it was really good! just made a few changes: cut the recipe in half, used fat free ricotta, added mushrooms, and used the full package of spinach (didn't cut it in half like the rest of the recipe). Will definitely make this again!
Got this from Heather LaPuma.. so I found this stuffed spinach and sausage shells recipe on pinterest and I healthified it. Switched out for Turkey Sausage, fresh spinach, and skim ricotta. I'm so excited!
