Slow Cooker Pepper Steak!! Full of Flavour, Fork Tender and Soooo Easy!!

A staple winter slow cooker meal in our house although I tend to start making it in the fall as well. Hubby and kids just love this and like a lot of slow cooker meals it is very easy. Full of flavor, very tender on your fork and you do not need to add.

Awsome!!! Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff....family/guests loved it..will definitely make again!!!...

Beef Stroganoff Crockpot Recipe I don't like cooking with wine so I substituted beef stock for that. No tomato paste either. And I used a cup of cream cheese and a cup of sour cream in place of the greek yogart and it was excellent over wide egg noodles.
