Question Ball Game! Cover a ball in questions (be creative!), sit in a circle and toss the ball around, answer the question that your right hand thumb lands on. Could also be themed for party games/ice breakers (baby shower, bridal shower, bachelorette party, etc)
This is the M and M game: Buy M and Ms and pour them into a bowl. Each person scoops a cupful. In turn, reach into the cup and grab an M and M. Then answer a question based on whichever color is chosen. Snack on the M and M after question is answered.
Quiet Critters They live in a soundproof jar & only come out when it's quiet. Loud noises hurt their ears, but whispering is ok They love to sit on students' desks & watch & learn from the students. If the student is too loud, they get moved to the other side of their desk. If they continue to be loud they go back into their jar. At the end of the quiet lesson whoever still has a Quiet Critter on their desk can have points, a sticker or whatever incentives you have in the room.
Team - Classbuilding Ideas + People Hunt : Students search for classmates who have matching characteristics and record their answers on this form. An excellent activity for helping students get to know the others in the classroom. And this activity can develop student's speaking ability. A good little Icebreaker during the First Week of School.
