Green Apple Sorbet I just made this. Next time, I would probably only use 1 cup sugar as it was a little too sweet. Also the base of this recipe is like making homemade apple sauce. For a quick fruit sorbet, just add apple sauce to an ice cream machine!
Green Apple Sorbet from Food.com: With my love for frozen things and apples, this was a perfect thing for me. The recipe yields 4 servings, but when I'm eating it...well, it's just for one. Great served when having a small bbq with friends or for just a weeknight dessert.
