Pizza Puffs - YUMMO!! These beat the pizza rolls by a long shot! I used bisquick instead of flour and baking powder. I also used italian sausage and added a little italian seasoning to amp up the flavor a bit! From now on I'll have to make 2 batches. A
Pizza Quesadillas | Udis has great tortillas that actually taste like real flour tortillas so I'm going to use those, and some dairy free mozzarella to make this both gluten and dairy free!
Cowboy Casserole adapted from a recipe at Taste of Home 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 can (15.25oz) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup milk 4 tablespoons sour cream 1 bag (30 oz) frozen tater tots (used Ore-Ida Crispy Crowns)
Taco Corn Bread Casserole - This is a very easy to make classic...a pound of hamburger, some seasonal vegetables (or frozen and canned), a package of TACO Seasoning and a couple of boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix. The classic casseroles are always the best!
