      Easy Pad Thai Recipe | Brownies for Dinner Tried this tonight - it WAS easy and very good! Even the kids ate it, sans peanuts. My daughter has a peanut allergy so we can never go out to eat at a Thai place. This was a great way for everyone to enjoy it!

      3rd time Easy Pad Thai Recipe. Noodles better - soaked 30 min, put in pan with some water before adding sauce. Didnt double the sauce. Sauce better- 2 tbsp brown sugar, 0.75 tbsp OJ concentrate, 1.5 Tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce. Remember S sauce. Double egg is good.
