Homemade rustic crackers Break into 3 sections of dough and try shaping like strudel. Egg wash helps hold the toppings but cracker is great without it. For electric oven turn pan halfway through baking for even browning. The rolling pin method makes it more like a wheat thin, next time I will try wheat flour and maybe a butter/h2o wash.
