Dip strawberries in greek yogurt and freeze. What a fantastic, healthy snack. Would be good.. but cutting yogurt out of my diet.. so just frozen strawberries :)

  • Jessica Rodgers

Don't these look so good (idea found here)? You can make them by dipping strawberries (halved or whole) in vanilla yogurt (Greek might be best, because it's thicker), then putting on a sheet pan lined with parchment or wax paper and freezing.
