Easy Fudge 3C (18oz) Semi Sweet Chocolate chips 1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla 1/2 to 1 C of nuts (optional) In heavy suacepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened cond milk. Remove from heat stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly into an aluminum foil-lined 8 or 9 inch pan. Chill 2 hours. Turn fudge onto cutting board. Peel off foil and cut into squares. (I use a pizza cutter!) Store loosley covered at room temp. Makes about 2 lbs
