    RANCH CHICKEN Combine: 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes. 3/4 cup parmesan cheese. 1 packet of hidden valley ranch dressing mix. Cut boneless skinless chicken breasts into strips, dip in melted butter and then roll in cornflake mix. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake @ 375 for about 20 min. A little salty, but very good.

What I do is use nacho cheese doritos instead of plain ones and I use 8 oz. of cubed mexican velveeta instead of the cheddar and mozzerella (sp) which made in more creamy.
