1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
3 oz Chocolate, semisweet
2 oz Chocolate, unsweetened
13 3/4 tbsp Cocoa, unsweetened
6 tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Salt
2 1/4 cup Sugar
3 1/2 tsp Vanilla


14 tbsp Margarine or butter
3 cup Whole milk
