Vodka-Rose: 2 tbsp rose syrup 2 tbsp sugar 1 1/2c vodka 1 tbsp torn mint leaves, plus whole leaves for garnish 6c chilled club soda 3c ice, plus more for serving Organic, unsprayed rose petals, for garnish Put the rose syrup and sugar in a small glass bowl & microwave until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the syrup into a large pitcher. Add the vodka & the torn mint & stir. Stir in the soda and the ice. Strain into tall ice-filled glasses & garnish with whole mint leaves & rose petals.
