Ikea Hack Room Divider- a DIY version using frosted wardrobe doors

  • Tempus Fugit

IKEA Hackers: Sliding doors -The room divider was created by utilizing aluminum and glass wardrobe doors from an Ikea wardrobe system. They slide open to access the sleeping and gym areas. The doors are held in place by tension poles from an Ikea shelving system. They’re screwed into the ceiling but tension holds them into place at the bottom so the floors are left unharmed. Metal shower railing from Home Depot was added to stabilize the structure.
