Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast. 4 boneless chicken breast, halves, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated, 1 1⁄2 tsp seasoning salt, 1⁄2 tsp black pepper, ground, 1 tsp garlic powder, Mix mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings. Spread mixture over chicken breast and place in baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
4 chicken breast at the bottom of crock pot. Pour stove top over chicken. Mix 1/2 C. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/4 Cup water the pour over chicken and stuffing. Cook low 4 hours. Fluff and serve. Easy peasy!

CROCK POT Asian Pork Chops! I just made these today. It came out amazing. Recipe would definitely work with chicken/beef. Mix 1/2 cup soy sauce (I used Lite), 1/2 ketchup. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and black pepper to taste. Put meat in the crock pot (I used 2.5 pounds boneless pork chops because that's what was already thawed). Pour the sauce mixture over the meat, cook on low for about 5 hours, and the meat is tender and moist. I have outdone myself. Delicious. -KH

Then add 1 cup sour cream and 6 cups cooked broccoli. Mix together and put over cooked rice. Top with shredded cheese if wanted.
