    This is a great idea for take to work lunches! Salad in a jar recipe! good idea for work! As long as dressing and lettuce do not touch in the jar, they can be made 1 week in advance while staying fresh with the lid screwed tight. Genius!

Like this and maybe with a bite out of it. - Spinach Quesadillas: would add mushrooms, when I'm pregnant sometimes it's hard to eat Mexican food or meat for me and I'd always order spinach and mushroom quasadillas in Mexican restaurants. They are my savior in those situations!

I'm repinning this because....IT WORKS! My lettuce stays fresh for ever...and when I see it in my fridge... it makes me want to eat it...cant beat that!
