Low Carb Pizza - The Londoner (From Shevy) That's the recipe I used for the crust. I had to bake for about 17 minutes to get the crust to where it wouldn't fall apart. DEFINITELY get as much of the water moisture out of the cauliflower as possible so it doesn't fall apart when you pick it up. I used a whole cauliflower head which was enough to double the recipe.
