1/4 cup Soy sauce

3 cups All purpose flour
1 tbsp Corn starch
1 lb Pasta dough

Oils & Vinegars

1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar
3 tbsp Coconut or vegetable oil
2 tbsp Sesame oil

Shrimp Lo Mein. I would add more vegetables to this, namely: bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, baby corn, bamboo shoots, broccoli, snow peas and water chestnuts. More colourful, complete and nutritious that way.
