      Oh yes, I went there. I included Three’s Company on this website. Why? Because as a kid growing up in the 1970s and 80s who didn’t know they were gay, but was hungry for ANY gay entertainment because the 70s and 80s were a desert when it came to anything gay on TV, this show filled that deep need for me. Even if the “gay” character on the show was really straight and just pretended to be gay so his landlord would allow him to live with two women, I still tuned in every week to see something, anything gay on TV. Plus, I was fascinated by the two women who shared a bedroom, I might add, so who exactly was gay on this show anyway...

    Three's Company is an American sitcom that aired from March 15, 1977, to September 18, 1984, on ABC. It is based on the British sitcom, Man About the House. The story revolves around three single roommates: Janet Wood, Chrissy Snow and Jack Tripper who all platonically share Apartment 201 in a Santa Monica, California apartment building owned by Mr. and Mrs. Roper.
