DIY Detox Foot Soak: 1 cup of Epsom Salts 1 cup of Sea Salt 2 cups of Baking Soda Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Store in airtight container as 1 batch of mix will work for a few soaks.When you want to soak your feet, add 1/4 cup of the dry mixture into a tub of very hot water.Soak feet for 30 mins. Handmade foot soak and detox: I took a big 1/2 gallon Mason jar …..dumped in 1 cup of Epsom Salt, 1 cup of Sea Salt and 2 cups of Baking Soda….put the top on and shook it up! I then took 1/4 cup of the mixture….added it to a plastic dish pan filled with the hottest water I thought my feet could stand….and proceeded to soak my tired, aching feet!

I loved Origins Foot Rest, which used to foam up and pep up tired feet with its wintergreen essential oil, but they don't do it anymore. Apparently wintergreen essential oil can be poisonous and is not recommended for use in aromatherapy, so I will give these recipes a try.
