They have the perfect mild sweetness to them and the only processed ingredients in the entire recipe is 1/2 cup AP flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar. You get whole wheat, flaxseed, oatmeal, applesauce, bananas, raisins, and nuts all packed into your breakfast! My 2 year old ate 2 1/2!
