Must do as end of year activity!!! Love this idea.... All about me? Or have kids write one thing on everyone else's paper to tell something they like about them, then each child will have one that reminds them why they are special and why others love them!
Each student had a sheet of paper with everyone's name on it. They had to write a nice sentence about everyone in the class. Then each student had 20 nice things written about him or her. We put those in a frame. This activity was great because some of the students in my class don't hear about how great they are everyday at home. Now they have a frame that will stay together rather than just some paper stapled. The kids loved hearing about how great they are from their classmates :)
Counselor's Room--classroom guidance lesson plans sorted by age level (K-5 and 6-10) and domain (personal/social, career, academic); small group activities; games; art activities. Everything is designed to be interactive and hands-on!
"Kids look for random acts of kindness to fill the Grinch with love. Whenever they see someone doing something nice for someone else, the person doing the kind deed gets to put a heart on the Grinch. If we can fill the Grinch with hearts, we get to have a Grinch Christmas Party the day before Christmas Break!" Adapt this into something for my own kids
