Meanwhile, sauté spinach and garlic with a dash of salt and lemon juice. Put spinach on top of tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese of your choice and broil til cheese is golden! Looks amazing.

Creamy Parmesan Mushroom and Spinach Tortellini Soup. I made this and it is DELICIOUS. I wanted it a bit soupy so i used while milk instead of cream and added about cup extra. I served it with garlic parmesan sourdough bread.
