Over the years I've found that my students are not familiar with the parts of speech, so I decided to make up these bright and helpful posters!

TIP: Making bright, colourful posters for the "parts of speech" can be useful in the school setting, and allowing children to understand how and if to use an adjective, pronoun, or noun.

ADJECTIVES ACTIVITIES PACKET FOR FREE - TeachersPayTeachers.com I see having a ton of nouns and adjectives on the board and then guiding them to sort.  The next day the students could use the adjectives with the nouns, either in a serious sentence writing way or to make some seriously goofy combinations!
