Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed pork loin- this was delicious and very easy! I did not use my crock pot, instead I seared the pork loin on all sides in a roasting pan, then transferred it to a 450F oven and continued cooking until internal temp reached 145F. Meanwhile, heated and thickened glaze on stove and then brushed it over the pork loin. Sliced, served with remaining glaze. Excellent!

Sweet slow cooker tenderloin. crockpot pork tenderloin - 1 pork tenderloin, 1 1/3 cup brown sugar, 3 T olive oil, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 T mustard powder, 2 T garlic powder, 1/3 c water. Mix all ingredients except oil together in a bowl. In crockpot, pour over tenderloin, cook 6-8 hrs on low. Took me forever to find this again!!
