Homemade fabric softener - I absolutely LOVE this! Works better than Snuggle, IMO - I did have an extremely faint smell of vinegar in my bath towels (not in the hand towels, washcloths, or any other article of clothing) I used Suave - since you can buy one bottle for a dollar - but really, you maybe save about two dollars....I would still choose this over store bought any day.

Homemade Fabric Softener-3 cups HOT Tap Water 1 cup Conditioner (I used Tropical Coconut from Suave) 1 and 1/2 cups White Vinegar

Purchase a one quart glass bottle of white vinegar, add 25 drops of Lavender essential oil + 1 teaspoon rubbing alcohol (for emulsion). You now have a quart of naturally softening fabric softener! Good for your skin, good for your appliance and good for the planet!

Homemade Fabric Softener: 75 cents for 3 quarts, smells heavenly and works great!

I already use straight vinegar and works great with our hard water. This would add a little scent too!
