Creamy Tomato Soup w/ Baked Mozzarella Balls
Tomato Soup with Gnocchi. This makes a TON of soup - we froze the extra (remove the Gnocchi first!). I added ~1/4 tsp cayenne pepper for a little extra kick, and we didn't have parmesan so we used some fresh mozarella I had on hand.
