Apple Pie Oatmeal: 1 apple, cored and chopped (skins on)  1 cup water  1/2 cup quick cooking oats  1/2 tsp ground cinnamon  1/4 tsp ground nutmeg    Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Muffin Omelets :  whip eggs W/1tsp milk per egg. Add cheese ham and veggies (onions, peppers) optional. Mix and pour in greased muffin pan. Bake @350*for 20-25mins
