Grapefruit Negroni: Add 1/4 ounce of grapefruit juice and substitute the orange peel with a grapefruit peel. 1 part gin, 1 part Campari (or Aperol), 1 part sweet vermouth (like Martini & Rossi or Carpano Antica). In a mixing glass, add ingredients and stir over ice. Strain into a rocks glass with or without ice. Peel a wide strip of orange and squeeze over the glass for aroma. Add to the glass as garnish.
