Boudin: I have made this since I was a very little girl and we never had a sausage stuffer until I bought one as an adult. Add about 1 tab of Creole Seasoning. NOTE if your don't have a sausage stuffer take hair rollers med-large boil them to sanitize and wrap casing around and hand stuff them. Make sure your kitchen is cold when making homemade sausage.
swiss chicken ( crockpot) 6 boneless chiicken breast, 6 slices of swiss cheese, can of mushroom soup, 1/4 milk, 2c flavoured stuffing mix, 1/2 c butter. spray pot, put in chicken and cheese, mix up soup with milk and put over top of chicken add the stuffing and drizzle butter over top.
