    SHOWER: Roasted Chickpeas: 1 15oz can Garbanzo beans, 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t garlic powder, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 t paprika... rinse, dry, place on parchment, drizzle with evoo & sprinkle spices... hand toss to coat... oven at 400 degrees... bake 20 min, shake, bake another 20 min... season with salt if needed once fully roasted and serve. Enjoy this healthy snack!!

    Spicy Roasted Chickpeas: 1 15-oz can Garbanzo Beans 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp paprika Preheat the oven to 400 degree F. Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans then dry thoroughly. Place beans on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and then sprinkle on the spices; toss to coat. Roast for 20 minutes, remove and shake about then place back into the oven for another 20 minutes. Season with salt if needed once fully roasted and then serve.
