Easy Spanish Rice Ingredients 2 cups short-grain, brown rice 2-1/2 cups chicken broth, low sodium 1-1/2 cup tomato sauce (one 15 oz. can), no sugar added Directions Step 1 – In a medium pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Step 2 – Stir in tomato sauce and bring to a boil once more. Step 3 – Stir in rice, reduce heat and simmer until liquid has been soaked up. (About 40-50 minutes)

Remember, GPers, clean eating with well cooked produce and white carbs is better than just eating junk. White rice is NOT as bad as chips, and homemade cookies are often healthier than store bought crackers.
Clean Eating Chocolate Chip Cookies...I know the recipe sounds strange since the main substance of it is cooked oatmeal and almonds (& not refined flour & sugar like most cookie recipes), but believe me, they're delish! Next time, I'll add ground flaxseed and a bit of quinoa flour!
