|1 lb||Chicken, boneless|
|1/2 tsp||Garlic powder|
|1 tsp||Ginger, ground|
|1 cup||White onion|
|2 tbsp||Soy sauce|
Baking & Spices
|1/4 tsp||Cayenne pepper|
Oils & Vinegars
|2 tbsp||White vinegar|
|12 oz||Diet orange soda|
Directions: Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper in a large zipper-lock plastic bag. Seal the bag and shake well to blend. Place the chicken pieces in the bag with the marinade, pressing out excess air and sealing once more. Refrigerate and let marinate for 2 hours.
Low-Carb Crockpot Creamy Caesar Mushroom Chicken - I tried this and it ended up being really good! It's just as easy and quicker to make on the stovetop. I served it over penne' noodles which defeated the purpose of low carb but oh well! This is PINTEREST! :)
