crock pot oatmeal!!  spray the pot , add 1/2 cup still cut oats ,2cups  non dairy milk, <2cups fruit , 1/2 tsp. vanilla,  cool in low 7-9 hours. add topping of choice and sweetener (2tbs. agave nectar )
