We have Pad Thai at least once a month - it's one of our kids favorites. I start with this Cooking Light recipe and modify by substituting brown sugar for the sugar, adding a tablespoon or so of peanut butter to the sauce and garnishing with cilantro a well. Usually I make it without shrimp or I'll use chicken if I have it on hand. Mouth is watering just looking at the picture :)
