Buttered the ramekin (lightly!), put in 2 tsp. heavy cream, three eggs, some browned pancetta and topped with a mix of Romano cheese, chopped fresh thyme, and chopped fresh rosemary. Baked at 375 for 15 minutes. Served with toast made from crusty bread.
Lemon Cupcakes w/ Lemon-Blueberry Buttercream - Pinner: Halved the cupcake recipe and skipped the lemon extract. Divided the frosting ingredients by 4 (Wow, that would have made a ton of frosting!) and added more blueberry puree. Delicious, the lemon curd filling especially was to die for.

Roasted Tomato Soup. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Wash, core, and cut the tomatoes into halves. Spread the tomatoes, onions, and garlic onto a baking tray. (Add the cherry tomatoes, if using for garnish, leaving them whole and on the vine). Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, until caramelized.
