Strawberry Banana Creams INGREDIENTS 8 strawberries 2 oz. vanilla Greek yogurt 1/2 small banana 1 tablespoon sliced almonds DIRECTIONS Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. Mix in the yogurt. Using a knife, carve out the middle of each strawberry. Fill the center of each strawberry with the banana-yogurt mixture and top with sliced almonds. Makes one serving.
Blueberry Mango Smoothie - 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup mango chunks 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used Chobani 0%) 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk, almond milk, or skim milk or water (the liquid helps it blend) Directions: 1.
