    We have black and white tile (installed before we bought the house, and not very well, I might add) in our primary bath. These stripes may need to happen in there. And the beadboard. And also probably the hooks.

    Could do this in the entry instead of a closet... keeps hazardous tools and hardware out of the reach of wee ones.

    Mudroom. I like how each person has a seat (I'd put in cushions). Also like how the bottom part has a place for shoes as others keep it closed

    Great mud room... check out the built-in shoe storage and hooks for coats and backpacks... jealous!

    I would love a neater entrance/exit where things could (hopefully) be kept organized and easier to find. I like this, but we have only grown-ups at home, so I don't think it's tall enough for big people coats.
